Ordering and Payment Terms
This store is operated by Gujarat Agri-Chem Industries Private Limited (GACIL). Review the selected product, pack size, quantity, delivery address and final total before placing your order. For product-use instructions, follow the label on the supplied pack and contact us if you need clarification.
Available online payment options and Cash on Delivery are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery currently carries a separate ₹100 COD charge. Review the discount, tax and any charges shown in your order summary before confirming your order.
Shipping within India
We offer free shipping on all orders within India, subject to courier serviceability at the delivery PIN code. The separate Cash on Delivery charge still applies when that payment method is selected.
Delivery dates shown on product pages are estimates. Actual delivery depends on product availability, dispatch and courier serviceability. Use the Order Tracking page with your order ID and billing email, or contact support for help.
Returns and Refunds
Routine returns are not accepted. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where approved. Please contact us for instructions before sending an item back.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us. After that, processing may have started and cancellation may no longer be available.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
