Choose a product and pack size, select the quantity, and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your billing and delivery details, review the total, choose a payment method, and place your order.
Use our Order Tracking page with your order ID and billing email. You can also contact support@gacil.in with your order number.

We deliver within India, subject to courier serviceability at your delivery PIN code.

Payments & Delivery
Checkout offers Cash on Delivery and online payment by credit/debit card and net banking. Available payment methods and the final total are shown at checkout.
Yes. Cash on Delivery currently adds a separate ₹100 COD charge, shown in the order summary before you place the order.
Shipping is free on all orders within India, subject to delivery serviceability. The separate Cash on Delivery charge is not a shipping fee.
New customers can enter GACIL5 in the coupon field at cart or checkout for 5% off eligible purchases. Apply the coupon and check the discount in the order summary before placing your order.
Product pages show estimated delivery dates. Actual delivery depends on stock, dispatch and courier serviceability. These estimates are not a same-day delivery promise.
Returns & Refunds
Contact support@gacil.in within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess a replacement or refund.
Routine returns are not accepted under our current returns policy. Contact support for an incorrect or damaged item.
Email support@gacil.in with your order number, a description of the issue and photos. Keep the product and packaging, and contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
