Returns Policy
- Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. - Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. - Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us. After that, the order may already be in progress and cannot be refunded. - Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping
We can ship to any address in India.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
