  1. Delivery Areas
    We currently deliver within India but your location is outside of our delivery area, please contact us for possible exceptions.

  2. Delivery Times
    Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 Days. Time Depends up on Location. Delivery hours are Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM.

  3. Delivery Fees as Shown on Checkout Page.

  4. Order Processing
    Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via [email/SMS/app]. We strive to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Perishable Items
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Items
    If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
  • Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us. After that, the order may already be in progress and cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
